磁共振灌注成像临床应用及进展The clinical applications and advance of MR perfusion

摘要(Abstract):
磁共振灌注成像(PWI)是近年来快速发展的在分子水平反映组织微血管分布和血流灌注情况的一种功能性成像方法。该技术通过相关参数可半定量、定量地反应组织血流动力学信息,具有高空间分辨率和时间分辨率,无放射性且操作相对简单,因此广泛应用于中枢神经系统、体部及骨肌系统疾病的基础及临床研究,表现出积极的临床应用价值。尤其是近些年不断发展的ASL技术,以其完全无创的特性在评价脑血管病、脑肿瘤等病变的诊断、治疗及预后等方面显示了其独特的优势,而在体部及骨肌系统疾病评估中的应用尚处于探索阶段。随着MR软、硬件技术的不断发展,磁共振灌注成像在疾病的诊断、评估及监测治疗方面具有更加广阔的应用前景。
