MR高清扩散张量成像在甲状腺相关性眼病视神经病变的相关研究The study of high-resolution diffusion tensor imaging in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究MR高清扩散张量成像技术在甲状腺相关性眼病(thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,TAO)患者早期视神经微结构损伤的应用。材料与方法收集临床确诊的无明显视神经病变的TAO患者及年龄与性别相匹配的健康志愿者(healthy controls,HC)各30例,分别进行眼眶常规MRI序列扫描及Resolve DTI序列扫描,分别测量双侧视神经的部分各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy,FA),表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC),轴向扩散率(axial diffusivity,AD),径向扩散率(radial diffusivity,RD)值,比较患者与健康志愿者之间双侧视神经各DTI相关定量参数值的差异。结果 TAO患者的双侧视神经的FA值明显小于健康对照组(P=0.009,P=0.003;P<0.05),ADC及AD值差异无统计学意义(P=0.364,P=0.053,P=0.955,P=0.211;P>0.05),RD值高于正常对照组(P=0.010,P=0.009;P<0.05)。结论 Resolve DTI技术有助于为TAO患者早期视神经微结构的损伤提供客观依据,对TAO患者视神经病变的治疗提供帮助。
