摘要(Abstract):
酰胺质子转移(amide proton transfer,APT)成像是化学交换饱和转移(chemical exchangesaturationtransfer,CEST)成像中发展较为迅速和成熟的一种,它以磁化传递和化学交换理论为基础,通过探测人体内游离蛋白质和多肽链上的酰胺质子与水中氢离子的交换速率来评估细胞内蛋白质浓度和pH值的变化情况。APT成像作为一种无创的细胞分子水平磁共振技术,能够在脑损伤、脑肿瘤、神经退行性疾病及儿童脑发育过程中提供重要的影像学信息,为临床的诊断、治疗及预后方面提供帮助。本研究主要阐述APT成像在中枢神经系统中的应用现状及进展。
